Terms and Conditions

Bumi Nexus operates as a collaborative ecosystem designed to democratize access to global monitoring technology and green finance. We connect local landowners of unused, unproductive, or degraded lands with financial and technological resources to restore ecosystems and generate premium carbon credits.

By using this Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Users of our Platform generally fall into three categories:

• Landowners: Individuals or entities seeking to revitalize their land.
• Investors / Carbon Buyers: Entities looking to finance restoration projects or purchase verified carbon credits.
• General Users: Visitors accessing the Platform for informational purposes.

• Informational Purpose: The content provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Separate Definitive Agreements: Submitting an inquiry, land details, or investment interest through our Platform does not create a binding financial partnership. Any actual deployment of capital, installation of MRV (Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) technology, or carbon credit monetization will be governed by separate, specifically tailored definitive legal agreements between Bumi Nexus and the respective parties.

When submitting inquiries or providing data regarding land, corporate identity, or investment capacity, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Landowners acknowledge that any preliminary assessments made by Bumi Nexus rely on the accuracy of the geospatial and property data provided by the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bumi Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee specific financial yields, carbon credit market prices, or restoration outcomes based solely on the information provided on this website.
